We are a west Indian bakery who makes an amazing bread. No other bakery in the Bronx makes bread like us. Our baked goods and products are reminiscent of the small islands of the Caribbean/West Indies.
Continuing the Legacy
With a deep-rooted commitment to quality and tradition, Al Cholo's Bakery has not only provided delectable baked goods but has also served as a beacon of family values and hard work. Al Cholo's dedication saw him introducing his signature bread and products to the Williamsbridge community, initially selling door-to-door before establishing the first storefront at 3838 White Plains Road in December 1977. In 1982, the bakery acquired its current location, eventually adopting the name Al Cholo's Bakery to honor its founder.
